Sewing questions

I’ve been asked a couple of times about sewing the kit to a uniform.  My recommendation is when you can to try to see your items on, especially if you dance like Suzuka! But if sewing intimidates you, I have tried my best to incorporate options to allow you to pin, tape or iron on your accessories. (Images below)

1. The patches are iron on. Meaning they have a heat activated glue on the back that will fuse with fabric once activated.

2. I have affixed double sided fabric tape to the pin racks.

3. All neckerchief slides come with one (1) rubber backed pin.

4. All kits include two (2) additional rubber backed pins. These can be used to reinforce the neckerchief slide, pin the pin rack on both left and right sides.

5. Premium kits contain one (1) extra rubber backed pin.

I would advise against relying on just the pins and fabric tape, especially on the armband strap. Also keep in mind that utilizing the pins will show through on the top side of your accessories. I wanted to offer all these add ins as options for those who are intimidated by sewing. That used to be me!

v1 badge patches: First version badge patch design

Received the first batch of badge patches. After reviewing the design I've decided to revise the design to closer match the badge patches AG wears. Their borders are slightly thicker.

On the plus side I will have a few extra to offer for anyone who just wants to show their support by ironing or stitching this on to a jacket or backpack.

Production Update

Received the snakeskin material and couldn't wait to get started working on the armband templates.

Here is a compilation of photos and videos comparing the REAL snakeskin dyed in metallic red dye to the red vinyl snakeskin print.

It's hard to tell in photos alone and you can't really tell the material has a metallic sheen without video in most cases.  The vinyl comes across darker in photos and the reflective/metallic doesn't come across well in photos but is obvious in person.
